About Me

I am a Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Influencer, a Community Builder, and a busy “Mompreneur” with an appetite for Life! My mom and I came to America as Vietnamese refugees back in 1977, we were two of the thousands of “boat people.” Ask me about my harrowing journey and you will see why I am so passionate about everything! I live a holistic lifestyle of Wellness in every direction while consciously raising my 16-year-old son. I am a Hollywood Beauty and Wellness insider and a Beautycounter consultant promoting safer skincare and cosmetic products. I am also known in the industry as an eco-conscious celebrity nail stylist. I am active with Cancer Schmancer, Fran Drescher’s non-profit organization. Fran is one of my best friends and a big sister to me. I want to not only exemplify holistic beauty, but also help others find Love and Joy inside and out. My holistic approach to Life, Beauty, Wellness, and Spirituality is inspired by seeing the Magic that is present all around us and most importantly inside of us. Having the right relationships is important and it begins with the relationship to Self. I believe that “How you do anything is how you do everything!” and I do everything with my whole heart and presence. In my upcoming Wellness show, “What Makes Your Heart Sing?!”, it will cover a full spectrum of Wellness topics including the Environment: what we put in our body, on our body, around us, and how we care for ourselves!
